7-7:30 Peer Garden: Beers in the fridge + snacks on the counter + T-shirts!! + wait for stragglers

7:30-8 Intros + Open Garden presentation + demo

8-9 Transition into group discussion

9-10 End "formal" discussion and transition back into Peer Garden for the remainder
