5am club is to promote waking up early at 5am, start our day with exercise, can be 5km-10km, or at least 20 minutes. Followed by journalling what is most important for the day, and also meditations.
Once you get into the routine, it fills your day with much energy, momentum & you can easily go through your day, instead of lethargy & tiredness.
Anyone looking to get more energy, be more productive, healthier, lose weight, feel good, look good are welcome, we will run daily, more activities of 5am club will be incorporated for regular members who are interested~ π
