Start your day with intention – with the 5 AM Club
You might know the book “The 5 AM Club” by Robin Sharma – and maybe you’ve often planned to start your mornings more consciously. But on your own, it’s often hard to stay consistent.
Here, you don’t have to do it alone.
I’m Madeleine (39, living in Zurich), and I would like to be your accountability partner, supporting you in actually putting your morning into practice.
From Monday to Thursday, we meet every morning at 5:30 AM (CET) for 25 minutes on Google Meet – calm, clear, and without distractions.
The group is intentionally kept small (max. 20 members) to keep it personal. I personally host every session.
It’s designed to feel like a real club:
A small group of people starting the day consciously, together. Over time, the idea is that we grow closer as a group and support each other through personal connection.
What you can expect:
– All communication happens via chat (no video required, except sometimes mine)
– At the end: members can optionally share their weekly goals and whether they achieved them; attendance list is displayed
– First 5 minutes: optional check-in via chat
– Next 10 minutes: quiet focus time for yourself
– Short reminder: 10 minutes remaining
– Next 10 minutes: continued focus time
– Farewell via chat
Clear, consistent structure every morning.
You can simply show up – and begin your day with intention.
