ColdSpring is a long-standing ColdFusion toolkit that handles all of the "dependency injection" and "inversion of control" for our web apps. Lost already? Perfect. :) We'll give a plain-English intro to these topics, walking through when you might want to use all/some/little/none of ColdSpring while developing your app. It's quite easy to start using ColdSpring, and we'll show some different real-world situations when it can make certain programming tasks much easier! (Some familiarity with CF Components will be helpful, but you don't need experience with full-blown frameworks to use ColdSpring.)
