In this class for everyone, we practice 5Rhythms, a movement meditation created by Gabrielle Roth. We develop awareness of the embodied self through dance. Connect deeply to the self, partners, the group. All are welcome!
No experience is necessary. $15, $20 to support another dancer, $120 for ten class pass. Wear comfortable layers and bring a water bottle.
This is an alcohol and substance free event.
