Program of the session:
- Brief introduction of Oneness to new friends
- Short Oneness teaching on selected topic.
- Group Meditation (e.g. Ananda Mandala, or Chakra Dhyana)
if we have enough time:
- Giving of Deeksha (Oneness Blessing) to each other or Oneness Meditation (OM)
- Individual sharing / Q&A / group collective prayer
