September Meetup - Ottawa Android

Gerhard Roth with give a talk on OpenCV on Android. OpenCV is a large open source computer vision package that he has used to write a number of Android apps. Including a ChessOcr app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kgroth.chessocr&hl=en) which recognizes chess diagrams in books and a second on that recognizes playing cards (soon to be released). As an extra bonus Gehard will talk briefly about the Camera API 2 on Android L. I really hope they fixed some of the Bitmap handling.
