Introduction of Project SAFE for Builders

We're hijacking the Bitcoin dev meetup! Well... not really, they're just so kind to let us jump in their next hacking-sesh for an overview of Project SAFE!

As organizer of the SF Builder Pod, Paige will be opening up with a brief intro to what we're trying to accomplish with these mini developer communities.

After that, Viv Rajkumar and David Irvine who are lead developers in the Scotland team will be joining us via Google hangout to give a overview of the core protocol and answer your questions!

The meetup will be open ended and we can continue chatting about projects and ideas after the presentations/q+a is over!
