OSCP Study Group

We have an OSCP study group, meeting every Monday from 6:00pm-7:30pm. This study group is open to all who are interested in preparing for the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification exam.

Please note that this is a study group, not a formal class. We'll be trying to learn from each other, rather than having a designated teacher. I would expect participants to have at least a basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, such as those covered in the Security+ exam or a CTF. If you're a complete beginner, this study group may not be the best fit for you, but you're still welcome to attend.

The OSCP certification is highly respected in the cybersecurity field, and it's a great way to demonstrate your skills and knowledge. The exam consists of a hands-on penetration testing challenge, in which you'll be asked to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in a simulated network environment.

Our study group will cover a wide range of topics over the course of five months, including:
* We'll go through the online course together
* Attacking many many many Vulnhub/boot2root/hackthebox machines
* We'll hack through the OffensiveSecurity proving grounds
* How to attack a network of machines, not just a single lab image
* Pivoting with ssh tunneling or proxychains
* Looting a box to use what you find later
* Windows Active Directory exploitation
* Report writing and note taking skills

Our goal is to be ready to take the OSCP exam in May.

If you're interested in joining the study group, please let me know by joining the #oscp channel in our DISCORD and I'll get you added to the @oscp-study-group role so you'll get pings for meetings.
