[DC801 Presents] Getting Started with Python Scripting

Join us at 801Labs this Thursday to get starting learning how to code in Python. No prior programming experience is necessary and we'll have laptops set up and available for people to follow along. All you need to bring is a desire to learn. This is a great opportunity for beginners to learn how to automate tasks and make something practical. We'll be covering the basics of Python, modifying other people's code, and writing basic web scrapers and bots.

Doors will open at 6pm, event starts at 7pm. The entrance is on the north / back side of the building. To get there, walk through the tunnel off 200 South or use the gate in the adjacent Crown Burger parking lot. Parking is also available at Crown Burger.

801 Labs is now meeting in person!!!

Every Thursday night, the local DEF CON group DC801 hangs out at the 801Labs hackerspace for people to come work on projects, help others with projects, and get to know some of the others in the area. These events are open to the public.

If you are new and do not see a lot of RSVPs, be aware that most people that show up do not RSVP. There will be people there nearly every Thursday.
