Bits, Bytes and Binary (8 yrs old and up)

Details

Now that you have been introduced to the functioning of Integrated Circuits, let's dive into the bits and the bytes before we can program our Micro-Controllers.

In this session: we will learn what are bits, nibbles, bytes and the some basic logic associated with it. This will be necessary to program the micro-controller's registers in the advanced lessons.

The fee: The session is $20/student ($5 off for siblings). Age range: 8 yrs and up. Must have attended the introduction to Integrated Circuits and must bring their breadboards.

The fee collected benefits the Kids 2.0 Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on technology and health for kids. 100% of the funds raised go towards components and materials to offer more projects and workshops. Teachers are volunteers.

Parking: Free 2 hours parking can be found along H St.
