Meetup #13

As usual, we're at 100s (https://100state.com/)tate (https://100state.com/) this month for more VR excitement. Yoshiki Schmitz, the creator of Hyper Room (http://www.hyper-room.io/), will be giving us a virtual presentation on the Hyper Room app, his journey in creating it, and general VR tips he learned along the way. Hyper Room is a VR remote collaboration app which allows you to chat, 3D paint, and use presentation tools together with other people in VR in real time.

Following the presentation, we'll open up for any updates from group members working on their own projects, followed by demos of the equipment we have available.

Madison VR is a virtual reality and augmented reality meetup group open to anyone interested in experiencing and learning more about VR and AR. As usual, we will have demonstrations of virtual reality hardware, including Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and more. As always, we are also encouraging anyone already building a VR application to bring it along and share it with the group.

We generally meet on the last Tuesday of every month.
