Chabot Telescope Makers' Workshop

Sponsored by the Eastbay Astronomical Society and the Chabot Space and Science Center in Oakland, TMW meets every Friday night from 7:00 - 10:00 PM. Learn how to grind and polish telescope mirrors and construct a high quality astronomical telescope. The workshop is free to the public; students purchase their materials and progress at their own pace.
