March Lightning Talks

Details
What's the Format?
There will be three talks for this event - each speaker will get a 20 minute slot (including 5 minutes for Q&A) for their talk.
Why Lightning Talks?
It’s a great way to give new voices in the community a chance to share something they’re passionate about without the need to create a one-hour presentation. It also opens up ACE to a lot more speakers from many different backgrounds that want to share their experience but who prefer a shorter format.

Leadership is a subtle and illusive skill. We will discuss how a medium sized company (400+ engineers) adopted the new principles and practices over the last 1 year. Expect to hear some of the lessons we learned and techniques we evolved to incorporate these practices into the daily life of engineers.
About Bazil - Bazil has been working with companies adopting Agile ways of working for 15 years. His particular interests range from the use of metrics to create psychological safety and see the bigger systems, to team structures and appropriate models of leadership and behaviours.
