This Notice was simply announcing an unspecified meeting to be held and should have been cancelled when the Jess Stuart meeting was announced for this date. That meeting is now sold out so we regret that if you haven't RSVPd for it your RSVP here will not suffice to guarantee you a place. Keep an eye open for any cancellations.

Paul here ; yes sorry this is my mistake. If you signed up for this then we can probably accomodate you on Tuesday 5th. Come early and grab a seat even if it is at the front! We do have an ongoing administrative issue about numbers at the venue and how to deal with no-shows, which we have not yet managed to resolve. Up to now we have not had to make anyone stand!
