You cannot prevent the bird of sorrow from flying over your head
But you can prevent it from nesting in your hair.
She teaches at the Sussex beacon:
Judy Lewis has been a mindfulness practitioner since going on a retreat in !993 with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. She has benefited in many ways from the understandings and practices of mindfulness in her own life and, for the last eight years has held Mindful Living courses at the Sussex Beacon for both service users and health- and social-care professionals and also runs courses for the general public.
She brings a strong commitment to making these understandings and practices of mindfulness (aka heartfulness) accessible to anyone wanting to explore ways of living with more ease, awareness and fulfilment.
She has wide experience of working both with individuals and with groups introducing and exploring mindfulness practices, and also in her work with colour healing, craniosacral therapy and First Nature body, breath and voice work.
