Take the lead on your next adventure. The Canyon Leader course teaches the skills necessary to safely lead others in a canyoneering environment. Gain the confidence to take friends, family, kids, or anyone less experienced on your next canyoneering trip. Learn to manage the unique challenges that come with leading a group. Technical Canyoneering Course (ACE-L1) - St. George, UT

This fundamental and comprehensive three-day course provides instruction for beginner to intermediate canyoneers. Whether this is your first experience canyoneering or you would like to improve and hone the canyoning skills you already possess, this is the class for you. Upon completion of this course, you will have the knowledge and skill to safely descend canyons as a contributing member of a group. You will need a harness, helmet, and gloves for this course. If you don’t have a harness and helmet one will be provided for you. All technical gear will also be provided for the class. If borrowing gear isn’t your thing we offer a 10% discount on all personal gear for our students! Advanced Canyoneering Course (ACE-L2) - St. George, UT

The Advanced Canyoneering Course is designed to take you beyond the basics and prepare you for the unique challenges of advanced canyons. Escape potholes, safely navigate multi-pitch rappels, ascend ropes, and much more. By the end of this course you will posses all the fundamental skills necessary to tackle more difficult and technical canyons. This course also lays the foundation for the Canyon Leader and Canyon Rescue courses. Prerequisite: Proficiency in the skills taught in the L1 course.
