You don't need to check in with security. Take elevators to 3rd floor. Turn SOUTH then LEFT at the lobby. Entrance to Hodges Room is through the eating area where we’ll have food set up.
Space is limited to the first 60 attendees, so please only sign up if you’re committed to come. We expect to have a waiting list. We want 60 people to attend in order to maximize the simulation.
Due to over an overwhelming wait list the first time, Agile ATL is thrilled to host an XSCALE Game Without Thrones event. GWOT is one of the most exciting and innovative Agile practice patterns being taught today. It shows how to de-scale decision making while maintaining cross-team alignment --- but without resorting to command and control – by instead using practices originating with the Iroquois Nations.
Jeremy Pullen, John Badgley and Rob (Gordo) Gordick will lead an immersive hands-on de-scaling Lego workshop with no masters, no owners, no hierarchies, and no command and control. This is pure self-organization across multiple teams and streams driven directly by business constraints and quantitative metrics.
