Accenture Technology is home to the Enterprise Transformation Agile practice which hosts a wealth of experience across multiple industries, delivering New IT and large-scale complex Agile projects/programs. Discussion on Agile leadership in action and the introduction of tools and techniques that complement SAFe to help motivate and build the capabilities of leaders through design thinking.

Omotola Haskell: Requirements in Agile: What makes a good User Story?
Discussing how critical it is to write User Stories in a way that adds value to the full team and the role of the User Story across different agile frameworks and commonalities between them.

Andrea Rizzo: Productivity in Agile
To what extent agile is actually related to productivity? And most importantly, what is that we should actually be meaning by productivity? These questions and many more insights around flow optimisation and value generation will be addressed by Andrea in his talk ‘agile and productivity’

Lauren Commens – Becoming too Agile: Mature teams
Exploring ways to re-motivate and challenge teams that have plateaued. Questioning if the endeavour for velocity and efficiencies comes at a risk to innovation.
