Synopsis: The language we use influences the way we see the world, how we work together and what we believe is possible. Want to find out how the structure of language, neuroscience and a bit of pseudoscience can help build a high-performing agile team? Then drop by for a case study on how to use Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in agile teams, with real world examples, hints, tips and tricks.

Talk 2: Facilitate with Playfulness and Collaboration by Chris Bexon
Synopsis: This workshop will focus on practicing various facilitation techniques for skillfully facilitating core Agile events with playfulness and collaboration.
Attendees will be put into groups to practice the techniques, and share their won techniques that have worked well for the benefit of all the attendees.
About the Speaker: Chris has over 20 years experience as a Developer, Scrum Master, Agile Transformation Coach, and Professional Scrum Trainer.
He is passionate about building high performing organisations and teams, growing Agile cultures, and enabling people to more efficiently and effectively deliver value.
Chris has worked in both the public and private sector business domains. His focus is to transform organisations to achieve a sustained competitive advantage by adopting agile principles and practices, and a culture of continuous improvement.
