Why would you want to deliver and support a product with multiple teams, when one team is much more effective? A major purpose of LeSS is to expose the pain of being large, wasteful, and slow. LeSS has been successfully applied to descale organizations and amplify product delivery for more than a decade. This introductory talk highlights essential insights behind LeSS principles and key concepts such as feature teams, and role of management to grow learning organizations.
