Synopsis:

Do you know what your EPICS are for 2014?

What strategy and practice will you use to manage risks/challenges and make consistent progress towards what matters most to you at work & in your personal life?

Pulling pages & strategies from the Enterprise Agile Playbook, Michelle will be educating and guiding you through a unique experience to develop your own practice for 2014 and to focus your attention on executing at higher states of agility and productivity on what matters to the most important enterprise of all, YOU!

As you execute a play from the Enterprise Agile Playbook, or a High Performance Strategy and/or a Self Technology Technique in your own context, you will more easily be able to transfer those learnings to your work team or career. This will allow you to improve your engagement, contribution or at least understanding of the large scale operations of Agile, with all its moving parts designed to create adaptive results and consistent progress across complex sets of interrelated objectives.

By attending this event, you will takeaway:

  1. In 2014, think more strategically about the evolution, accomplishments and contributions meaningful to your own enterprise: YOU and those YOU serve!

  2. Leverage proven strategies to create a 2014 plan and build a practice of sprint and mid-range planning with pragmatic tools with interactive chances to level up your own EPICS/User Stories.

  3. Strengthen your focus and attention for 2014 with new insight into brain science to gain more access to more flow, which goes hand in hand with Agile.

  4. Learn key principles of the Enterprise Agile Framework (the Playbook) in a unique way and apply high performance strategies to outperform your history more consistently in 2014.

  5. Feel less stuck/overwhelmed, more energetic and more hopeful about the future as you'll be crushing it next year!
