Investment in Digital and IT capabilities is one of DFDS’s top five priorities as we engage in an ongoing program of work to replace legacy systems and digitize its business.

As Digital Officer for DFDS’s Passenger business I have first-hand experience of how we have used lean & agile methods in recent successes. Using the MVP concept has been very important for us, and it is now firmly embedded in how we work.

In my talk I will explore three definitions of MVP that we have been using, with primary focus on how the concept has been used on a massive scale in the recent replacement of a legacy system in our Passenger business.
