Welcome to this meetup, that will focus on application of scaled agile methods among Danish organisations.

We will first cover the main agile scaling frameworks (Scrum@Scale, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe etc), and then move to which organisations use which framework and finally, unfold some learnings from different scaling frameworks.

Majken Vildrik Thougaard, has worked with agile methods for more than 15 years as Product Owner, ScrumMaster, Agile Coach and Advisor. Since 2017 Majken has been independent advisor and agile coach at VILMA Consulting. Majken has mapped the scaled agile organisations in Denmark in 2019 and has recently published a paper on the subject.
