All Things Neurodiverse was established in 2016, we have 300+ members who attend virtually from all over the world! We meet weekly online and talk about everything from real life challenges that impact neurodiverse adults; employment, communication, peer relationships, romantic relationships to current events and networking. This Meetup is an honest and safe space where you can be yourself, no judgement and no mask needed! Make new friends, build your network, share your wins and be acknowledged for the unique human you are!
We typically start with general introductions, share as little or as much as you feel comfortable. We then announce a topic for open discussion (as time allows we will post the topic in advance). The dialogue is loosely facilitated to ensure all members can participate and, to capitalize on opportunities for deeper conversation and identified growth opportunities.
For now, this group is free to all current members.
Disclaimer: All Things Neurodiverse is not a therapy support group or a crisis intervention resource. Facilitators not trained mental health professionals. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and/or having suicidal thoughts, please contact the National Prevention Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273-8255. Things Neurodiverse seeks to unite, inform, and empower a global community of neurodiverse adults.
This group is a safe space for EVERYONE to be who they are. We are here to support one another and share our challenges and the tools we may use to overcome those challenges. Come join us in a private, supportive environment.
What you'll find there is more valuable content, resources, inspiring messages and a community of peers to support you. We also post live time information about any last minute date or location changes.
All Things Neurodiverse
Neurodiversity is a concept where neurological differences are to be recognized and respected as any other human variation. It acknowledges the richness and complexity of the human brain.
