Hike the Birdsboro Preserve (10-12 miles)

Hiking mostly in the shade, we will explore trails on both sides of Hay Creek in this beautiful, varied preserve, including both reservoirs and an old quarry that is now a rock climbing area.
There could be some wet, muddy areas. Bring at least 2 liters of water and lunch/snacks. This is a joint hike with BATONA Hiking Club. Leaders: Abbie Wysor (Batona) and Paula Uhrin (Allentown).
BECAUSE THE CABLE BRIDGES WASHED AWAY DURING 2018 STORMS HAVE NOT BEEN REPLACED, WE WILL BEGIN THE HIKE: OLD ROUTE 82 PARKING AREA, 2000 HAYCREEK ROAD BIRDSBORO, PA 19508 (40.239180,-75.829908). DRIVE TO THE END OF THE DEAD END ROAD.
