Let’s shed some light on the UX landscape of Amsterdam!

KLM and AIR FRANCE strive to create a seamless experience across their various digital touch points. In order to do so, they’re forced to make interesting design choices based on target group, culture, technology and brands.

At the meetup, the KLM UX team will share their insights on how to combine data collected during research with contextualisation and personalisation, in order to create one smooth experience throughout the entire customer journey.

Speakers

Guido van Til (https://www.linkedin.com/in/guido-van-til-24004394/), SVP Digital Strategy, will share KLM's vision on how to further strengthen the digital footprint for both brands, KLM and AIR FRANCE.

Wilbert Baan (https://www.linkedin.com/in/wilbertbaan/), UX Manager, will give an overview of the UX structure within the company and explain how KLM scale it to cover multiple touch points.
