Workshop: How to get started with ResearchOps

The goal of this workshop is to help create awareness about ResearchOps, identify your current operational challenges and ways of solving them. This session would be most valuable for you if you do (a lot of) research as part of your job - like UX researchers, service designers, UX designers.

As a result, you can expect:

• Awareness of ResearchOps and what it encompasses
• Possible solutions for your ResearchOps challenge
• Connection with other people having similar challenges

We have a 1.5-hour workshop planned with a mix of individual and group activities. So please bring your fresh mindset and focus to make the most out of it!

FACILITATORS:

Youp van Veen (https://www.linkedin.com/in/youp-van-veen/) is a Netherlands-based UX researcher that loves what he does: bringing people, services and technology together in a sustainable way. He currently works at Randstad and is part of the UXinsight program committee.

Bindu Upadhyay (https://www.linkedin.com/in/upadhyaybindu/) is passionate about people, their behaviour, and the ecosystems in which they interact. She believes in contributing to the design and research community by organising meetups, sharing knowledge and mentoring juniors.
