Previously known as AIMS (Apartment Investing and Multifamily Syndication) group, we are now looking to expand our scope and share ideas about other asset classes. Our focus would still remain Commercial Real Estate and we would bring experts to talk about Wealth Creation Strategies for both Passive and Active Investors.
As savvy investors in the New England area, we meet and talk about Market Economics, Passive vs Active investing, Passive Income Strategies, Analyzing markets, Entity Structures, Out of State Investing, Due Diligence, Sample Deals, SEC regulations - 506(b) vs 506(c), Working with sponsors, Key Metrics, CoC, IRR, Pref Rates, Waterfalls, etc. etc.
This is primarily an educational and networking group that loves to discuss ideas around Commercial RE and Alternative Investing for creating wealth and prosperity.
