Atlanta REIA East Meeting on Determining Property Values Like a Pro!

The Atlanta REIA East Monthly Meeting, aka “Flipping Gwinnett” is a NEW Atlanta REIA educational and networking subgroup lead by Scott “The Flipping Rabbi” Sekulow and is held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM at 2300 W Park Pl. Blvd, Suite 110 in Stone Mountain, GA.

For our third meeting, we are having an All-Star Panel hosted Scott Sekulow on the art and science determining "as-is" property value versus "ARV" or after repair value based on different levels of repair.
