Have you ever wanted to wow your guests with your cooking skills serving delicious decadent treats? In this class you will learn 2 fun ideas for party foods, easy finger foods allowing guests to mingle while they munch. This is your chance to learn to make popular epicurean staples like shrimp cocktail and foie gras (pâté) all made vegan of course and gluten free! Your friends and family will think you’ve turned into a gourmet chef when you serve these at your next party! Plus as always you will learn something new in our mini health seminar to help you on your healthful journey to complete wellness!

Here are the dishes you will learn to prepare:

  1. "PAN FRIED VEGAN SHRIMP COCKTAIL" (Gluten Free)

Pan-fried crescents of vegan shrimp (made from konjac a root vegetable) served
with a savory vegan cocktail sauce

  1. "VEGAN PATE" (Gluten Free)

A compassionate version of foie gras, our version made with a blend of lentils, toasted walnuts, garlic, and aromatic French herbs and seasonings (note: no ducks or geese were hurt in this version) served with crackers
