What we’re about
Welcome Spiritual Explorers!
Meet with people who share a passion for spirituality—who seek to have spiritual experiences, such as lucid or significant dreams, out-of-body travel, past life recall, or encounters with spiritual masters—and to grow from these experiences, bringing more meaning, purpose and joy to daily life.
We are an open, friendly spiritual community for people of all faiths. Explore your deepest spiritual questions, share your experiences and insights, and gain greater understanding of your unique spiritual journey.
The Auburn ECK Center hosts both in-person events and online events. All events are free, and many offer free booklets and other materials to our guests.
This Meetup site and its events are sponsored by members of Eckankar and open to all spiritual explorers.

“All this lifetime she’d tried to blow apart and destroy problems with self-help, creative visualizations, and anything else that promised to rid her of them. She felt it necessary to destroy problems in order to continue her journey home to God.
"Then the Mahanta's whisper taught her better. 'God waits for you within the problem,' he whispered.
"Now she knows that getting rid of problems is not the answer. Instead, she’s learned to examine all parts of a problem with love, because a spiritual lesson lies at its heart. Every problem is a teacher.” —Harold Klemp, The Living Word, Book 3, pg. 146
- Do our problems actually help us?
- Can you share a technique you use to ‘soften’ problems?
- Do you have a story to share of how you found a problem to be a teacher?
- What image do you get from the phrase "God waits for you within the problem”?
You are invited to come share your thoughts, insights, and experiences with this topic – or just come to listen. There is so much we can learn from each other’s experiences.
