Welcome to our North County San Diego community psychedelic integration circle!

TIMES:
7:00pm - 9:00pm: InnerSpace Integration Circle
COST: $15-20 suggested community contribution. Everyone is welcome!

This once or twice per month gathering on Wednesday evenings is a safe space to talk about non-ordinary states of consciousness that are induced by psychedelic substances or spiritual emergence. This is an open meeting (Must be over 18 years old to attend) for both inexperienced and experienced individuals, to offer and receive support to and from their community. Meetings include a talking circle and grounding group activities such as meditation and music. Complimentary tea & light snacks will be served. There will be time to connect with other like-minded community members and with the facilitator. Group is led by Carol Benton, transformational coach & hypnotherapist (www.optimize.life)
