Drum Circle at New Guinea Sculpture Garden - Stanford

Details
We've been at this location many times before, and everyone seems to like it. It's in an obscure area of the Stanford Campus and is not really a garden at all, but more like a small rectangular forested area, bounded on four sides by campus streets. The sculptures, done by artists from New Guinea, are scattered around and are somewhat interesting. Two of the sculptures, made of wood, are hollow and are a type of log drum that we can actually use. (Reminder to DjembeJohn - don't forget the mallets for the log drum!)
Street parking used to be available, but now we have to find parking in the nearby parking lots. Bring a chair or something to sit on. Restrooms are a short walk away. Please remember that this area is private property. Dogs are not allowed.
You can see the exact location by looking at the map link on this page, or you can set your GPS to the intersection of Lomita Drive and Santa Teresa Street on the Stanford Campus.
