[HOUSE RULES]

RULE #1 - Respect All

The BDS Meetup group welcomes any aspiring and/or current entrepreneurs.

We are people here to build our business and relationships; not walking wallets for you to poach.

RULE #2 - Give Before Receiving; Fruifulness will Follow

Everybody is interested in their own business, yet are surprised when others aren’t when they can’t stop talking about it.

We can be more interesting by showing sincere interest in other people’s interest – so come for to our events with an intent to learn about others and build authentic connections, and not merely to sell or promote your business only.

When trust is established, transactions will follow.

RULE #3 - Manners Matter

The organizers and our partners take time out to plan, develop and execute the event.

Whilst we understand that plans may change, we ask that members who've committed to attend an event, or who've RSVP-ed to attend an event would follow through with their commitment to attend the event as committed, or reflect your latest RSVP status with a clear yes/no.

In the event that you're unable to make it for an event after RSVP-ing with a yes, the polite and right thing to do would be to update it with a "No".

Last minute changes or "No-Shows" may see members removed from the group and banned from attending subsequent events.
