Are you looking to make good on your New Year’s Resolution of making an impact in 2018? Young Black and ‘N Business (YBNB) & Blacks in Tech invites you to kickoff the New Year with the Winter P.O.W.E.R. Networking Mixer. On Saturday January 27th, YBNB will host over 50 black entrepreneurs, local black owned businesses, and organizations that serve the San Diego community in efforts to share their products, programs, and services..
YBNB founder Roosevelt Williams III stated, “The Winter P.O.W.E.R Networking Mixer will be another positive example of group economics. P.O.W.E.R is an acronym for P-Power Driven

A sense of unification has been built and established at previous mixers and we are excited to build on the momentum. “

Taking place at the City Heights Community Center, this exciting event includes a delicious breakfast catered by local celebrity chef Jay Johnson and owner of Bistro Your Way. Breakfast will be followed up by a interactive game called “Boss Battles” in which CEOs will brainstorm ideas that will also be filmed by Maveriqs Production Co. Every business will also have the opportunity to do a 30 second elevator pitch to the crowd. Don’t forget to bring business cards and your best self. Music provided DJ Kris.
