I will lead you through this course to deepen your awareness of the connection of the body and mind, to recognize how you can support your goals in life through the yoga practice, while developing physical strength, stability, mobility and peace of mind. Plus some useful hints and tips to take on to any other daily activities.
Course will start on 17th of July and finish on 21st of August, every Wednesday 8.15pm – 9.15pm at The Boathouse in Barking, 62-76 Abbey Road, Barking, London, IG11 7BT (free parking available).
