As we continue to learn to build engaging chatbots, we want to turn our attention to the current challenges and opportunities in creating functional bots. We will run through the starting points in building a conversational experience, including tools and solutions that don't require coding, development frameworks, dialog management systems, conversational flows and UX, product/market fit for chatbots, analytics, usage and trend predictions. You should end up clearly knowing where to start as you build your conversational software experience and how to accelerate learnings and ship new features.
