To thrive in today’s dynamic business environment, a continuous transformation is imperative. Adaptability is the only way to meet customers’ ever-changing needs, create a competitive advantage, and capitalize on strategic opportunities. Change management enables organizations to ensure successful adoption of change and to achieve a desired future state.

You may have heard about Change management concepts during your career. However, it’s more than a theory, it’s a way for companies to drive continuous success. Change management has become a much bigger, more integrated part of every single component of a company. It has become a needed tool and a leadership mindset that plays into a business’ success. The reality is that two out of three initiatives fail (https://propellerconsulting.com/blog/look-to-change-leadership-not-change-management-for-business-transformation). How can you assure a change management initiative will be successful?

Join us for networking, food, drinks, thought-provoking conversation, and pie for Pi Day (3.14)! Hear industry leaders within the change management space speak about the unique best practices for their organizations for driving the adoption of change.
