Tomales Point Trail is a 9.4 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Marshall, California that offers the chance to see wildlife and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, running, and horses and is accessible year-round. Horses are also able to use this trail.
The Tomales Point Trail offers spectacular views of Tomales Bay, Bodega Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. Traveling to the end of the Point Reyes Peninsula, this hike is a Bay Area favorite! Visitors are drawn to majestic, clear views in the winter, vibrant blooms in the spring, and bugling and rutting Tule Elk in the summer and fall
01:00pm- Meet at the trailhead for introductions.
01:15pm- Start the hike
5:00pm-6:00pm- Finish the hike depends on our pace.
6:00pm- Head back or grab dinner (optional)
I will start a carpool document depends on how much traction we get.
We had a great time playing ultimate frisbee during the summer, but now the days are getting shorter and cooler. Let's have an awesome Saturday frisbee and potluck to close out the summer season.
PLEASE post what food item you will bring to share. Bring your own drinks.

Meet me by the brick building near the Naglee Ave entrance. There is plenty of free parking on the periphery of the Rose Garden.

What meditation technique is used?
The gentle and easy technique shared is known as 'Sahaja Yoga' meditation and is practiced in more than 100 countries and is always free. It was founded in 1970 by- Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. When practiced for 10 minutes a day it can lead to dramatic positive change in your personal life - even after one week of practice!

What happens after this class?
These recurring classes are meant to come together and meditate and learn little by little, so please plan to join them every week for growth in your meditative state and practice. You are equipped with knowledge to start practicing from day 1. As you join us for subsequent classes you are taken forward in meditation practice. In case you are unable to join a class, don't worry and rejoin any time and you can always start afresh.
