About us
This is a group for anyone working in the field of Healthcare or Healthcare IT and Technology who is looking for advice and support when it comes to building and implementing new Healthcare IT solutions.
Specifically, we aim to give practical advice to Healthcare Providers, Startup Founders, Compliance Officers, Operations Managers, IT Professionals working in Healthcare and Lawyers. We will be specifically looking at issues of Health Data security and how you can protect your patients, clients and business from unwelcome security breaches and remain HIPAA and HITECH compliant as your IT infrastructure develops to make use of new technologies and devices.
We'll also be collaborating with other Healthcare Innovation groups across the country to keep on top of the latest Technological Innovations in Healthcare, and hopefully propose some of our own!

Dear massively multi-disciplinary, systemic change community in the SF Bay of people in the process of changing the world who happen to hike: I am pleased to say that we have found a time when we can convene for a hike. This hiking tradition began years ago when David Hodgson, and I, Bobby Fishkin, started gathering multi-disciplinary collaborators for hikes. Do you have an inter-disciplinary interest addressing global challenges and in reaching a future fit for our future selves? Do you want to de-risk hypothetical ways to change the world in real time together? Do you think about how impact investing can scale? Are you an social innovator? Are you a solar punk? Are you a systems change leader? Are you a multidisciplinary agent of change? Come join our conversation while hiking.
Hiking is good at creating rhythms of thought, pace of mind, and a social cadence for collaborative creativity and improvisational thought. Its also essential to ensure your thinking is cumulative with other disciplines and patterns of understanding.
