Remote work has become increasingly common. When done right, remote work provides benefits to both the employee and the employer. And for leaders, hiring remote team members is a great way to scale teams and acquire talent that might not be readily available in your local talent pool.
But how do you begin to hire for a remote role? How does the job spec differ? Do you ask different questions in the interview? How do you keep remote team members engaged and happy?
Those questions and more will be answered in our first Meetup!
Join us on Tuesday, November 12th as we discuss how to attract, hire, and retain remote team members.
