RISC-V graphics extension & CHIPS Alliance

During this meetup we will discuss the proposed graphics extension for RISC-V. This was first revealed during a BoF at Siggraph 2019. The meetup will discuss tradeoffs for a new ISA extension to support graphics in RISC-V. The CHIPS Alliance group will be cooperating to develop an implementation.
