Katherine Glasa and Brad Beldner teach a combination of traditional Theater Improv games mixed with a broad range of fun body based mindfulness explorations, Dance and Musically influenced improv games.

If you want more confidence in social situations & public speaking, quicker thinking on your feet or just want to have some well deserved FUN - this is the class for YOU!

Our Somatic Improv classes are great for team building as you learn to adapt, create, communicate, and collaborate.

Unlike traditional corporate training programs, Somatic Improv embraces the uniqueness of every participant while creating meaningful bonds through shared success. Plus, it’s fun!

Whatever your experience, background, or training, everyone can benefit from participating in improv.

Our class are fun, engaging, and a no-pressure playful environment that brings out the best in tall kids of all ages.

All ages are welcome. No experience necessary and even the totally terrified beginner will feel safe in this class.

We have created a place where anyone can overcome self-consciousness or shyness, starting with children's games and ice breakers that invite us to reconnect with the spirit of the child.

The class size is limited to 15 students .
