Sharon Bolton "The Craftsman"
The News of the World wrote, “Chilling, eerie and intense”. Her first novel “Sacrifice” was voted Best New Read by, whilst her second, “Awakening” won the 2010 Mary Higgins Clark award. In 2014 “Lost” was named RT Magazine’s Best Contemporary Thriller in the US and in France. Sharon Bolton is without a doubt one of the most brilliant suspense writers. Her psychological thrillers are like drugs – you become addicted the moment you lay your eyes on her first book. Her stories are dark, chilling and unpredictable with a very British vibe to them, which makes them so utterly fascinating. And since the period between Halloween and Thanksgiving is perfect for spooky stories, I thought I could introduce you to one of my favorite writers and her newest ghostly story. Let her play with your mind with the new book published a few days ago: “The Craftsman”. P.S. If you find her gothic stories interesting, please continue with her gripping Lacey Flint series.

    What we're about

We are a diverse group of people coming together to share our love of books.

Most important is to come together with an open mind, and a sense of humor always helps. The group will strive to engage into healthy, lively, and sometimes contentious debates. While being lively and thought provoking our discussions will remain respectful, never to be mean-spirited.
