About this Event Being brave doesn't mean you are not scared, it just means that you do it anyway. We all have goals we wish to achieve. Goals can make us passionate and excited about the future. They can also arouse insecurities and doubts about the decision-making process, which can influence the life path we choose to pursue or avoid. In this workshop, I will share inspirational stories that touch upon the process of conquering fears, in order to reach one’s highest potential. Lital will provide practical and user-friendly tools that enable participants to see themselves compassionately. The tools function to empower participants to conquer insecurity, procrastination and self-doubt, resulting in behaviors that lead to taking active steps towards pursuing life in “power mode” and achieving what they desire to become. Let’s be our own sculptors, chipping away at old patterns. About the speaker: Lital Cohen, is the Founder of CORE. She helps people free themselves from blocking patterns and find ways to love themselves enough, to put their best foot forward and express themselves in the most desirable way possible. Lital has over eleven years’ experience worldwide as a professional speaker in various companies and organizations. She has worked with small audiences, and large ones of over 3000 people at high-tech companies, academic institutions, non-profit organizations, women’s empowerment groups, underrepresented populations, with prisoners and prison guards. Since Lital is all about the people, she holds a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences and a M.A. Social Sciences. In her free time she is a theater actress in a local theater group. Raising money beyond the first $10K from people who just love everything you do can fast become a hair-raising undertaking. Pitching events and pitch competitions are often a good way to reach out to potential early-stage investors and “angels”. These events also provide a good training ground to shape your presentation and your pitch. In order to benefit from presenting both to constantly improve your pitch and to ultimately raise the funds to build your company, a great pitch deck that supports your presentation is essential. We will work through key steps in getting the pitch-deck right and reserve time to review samples from the audience.
