EVENT FULL .. Cycling Support for Girls On The Run 5k

**EVENT IS FULL ** we have all the volunteers we need .. thank you ladies ..
This event will take the place of our second Sunday BLAG road ride for the month of May .
“Girls on the run program provides skill-building experiences to nurture girls' physical, social and emotional competencies that they apply in other areas of their lives such as home, school, and in the neighborhood. Completing a 5K at the end of the season gives them a tangible opportunity to apply all that they have learned”..
BLAG is excited have this opportunity to support GOTR . If you would be interested in joining us , we are currently in need of 2 volunteers for flex ( riding in the middle of the pack to keep the girls on course)
and one additional sweep . ( staying with the rear of the running group to ensure all runners are kept on course and attend to any problems that may arise ) The two lead positions are already filled ..
