BioSun Block Community Project

We are continuing work on last year's iGEM project, BioSun Block. To find out more join us every other Saturday at 10:30am. The project is to engineer a more environmentally friendly sunscreen using e-coli to produce UV protectant compounds and directed evolution to optimize the process.

This project is a collaboration between Counter Culture Labs (Oakland), BioCurious (Sunnyvale), and Berkeley Bio Labs (Berkeley). Open to all ages, high school and up.
