New Day and New Time for our weekly meetings !!!

{Due to unexpected last minute circumstances, this meeting is canceled! }

The meetings are open discussions that often lead to fascinating and meaningful places. They have led to close friendships for some of the active members.

In addition to Bipolar, we also welcome those who are affected by Depression, Anxiety, OCD and other mood disorders. This includes the family and friends of those who have these disorders.

Attendees are welcome to leave when they wish.
( For the whole population, it is healthy to have a regular schedule and good quality sleep. )

All meetings are in person. If you are going to attend, please be vaccinated, including the booster dose.
