This restaurant is practically an institution in San Antonio with some of the best margaritas in town. Join us for some good food, good friends and good fun! From their website: For more than 35 years, San Antonians have been coming to La Fogata for dishes made with the freshest ingredients based on traditional recipes found throughout Mexico, where flame cooking is an art form. This was so fun last time! The awesome thing about charcuterie boards are that there is no end to the possible variations. Switching up a few ingredients yields something new and amazing each and every time. Everyone loves a meat and cheese board piled high with fun bites! You can bring a sweet item if you like, there will be sweets!
Y'all don't need to bring a board, we have that covered. Each person coming brings one or two items to add to the charcuterie. Bring your favorite drink, wine, beer or whatever. There will be ice, plates, napkins, mineral water and iced tea. Contact us for suggestions if needed. To get our mouth watering, you can post what you are bringing.
Don't be late, you will miss the good stuff! This will be an amazing event...
Come join us in New Braunfels for a new bistro that recently opened. Suzanne and I had a great lunch there and met Colin, the owner. They offer a brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Their brunch menu has dishes like Smoked Brisket Benedict, Crème Brûlée French Toast, and Jalapeño-Bacon Burger. After a fun Bistro Buddies Brunch, you can go visit the New Braunfels Buc-ees! It is just two exits further up I-35. Or, you can take a drive through Landa Park. There is always things to see and do in New Braunfels.
This will be fun and worth the short drive... txbistro.com
